I work as analyst and strategic director at the branding agency Rewir. In plain Swedish (…) it means that I’m helping companies to find ways of getting a bit more popular among people that might be in the market to buy their stuff, work for them or maybe even invest money. It’s all about understanding how opportunities are opening and closing with changes i the surrounding world, in the market arena and in people’s values, and how companies can think/do/talk differently to make their brands ride these waves of change instead of getting drowned by them. Best case scenario is that we can even help creating new waves.
The fine thing about doing what I do is that it automatically generates loads of more or less meaningful thoughts about stuff that goes on around us. When I have time and reason, I’ll write a blurb about it here.
